In all cases, the amount due pursuant to the provisions amended by the preceding Article may not be less than that due before the date on which they take effect. The Institution’s funds shall bear the financial burdens arising from the application of the provisions of this Law.

في جميــع الاحــوال لا يجــوز أن يقــل مــا يســتحق وفقــا للأحــكام المعدلــة بــالمادة الســابقة
عما هــو مســتحق قبــل تاريــخ العمــل بهــا. وتتحمــل صناديــق المؤسســة الاعبــاء الماليــة
