Article 9 of Social Insurance Law

A committee for investing the Institution’s funds shall be formed by a decision of the Minister after approval of the Board of Directors, provided that the Director General is among its members. The committee’s decisions and deliberations shall be confidential and may not be disclosed, and shall be communicated to the Board of Directors at its first meeting for its information.
