English translation
Payment by the Public Treasury of the Institution’s actuarial deficit shall be made by a decision of the minister competent for payment, in an amount not less than (500 million dinars) at the beginning of each financial year starting from the first of April 2022, in cash or in kind to the Institution, until the entire actuarial deficit is paid, in accordance with the outcome of the examination of the Institution’s financial position approved by its Board of Directors as at 31 / 3 / 2019. Valuation of the consideration in kind shall be carried out by valuers accredited by the competent authorities before payment and under the supervision of the Audit Bureau.

يكــون ســداد الخزانــة العامــة للعجــز الاكتــوارى للمؤسســة بقــرار مــن الوزيــر المختــص
بالســداد بما لا يقــل عــن ) 5٠٠ مليــون دينــار ( في بدايــة كل ســنة ماليــة اعتبــارا من الاول
مــن ابريــل لســنة 2٠22 نقــدا او عينــا للمؤسســة ولحين ســداد كامــل العجــز الاكتوارى،
وفقــا لما سيســفر عنــه فحــص المركــز المالي للمؤسســة المعتمــد مــن مجلــس إدارتهــا وذلــك
في 3١ / 3 / 2٠١٩. ويكــون تقويــم المقابــل العينــي وفقــا للمقــومين المعتمديــن مــن
الجهــات المختصــة قبــل الســداد وتحــت رقابــة ديــوان المحاســبة.Ask about this article
