English translation
A retirement pensioner may request payment of 7 times the net retirement pension, provided that repayment is at the rate of (15%) of the net pension. This shall be once during the lifetime. As an exception thereto, advance payment may be requested again within the limits of what remains of the aforementioned maximum.

يجــوز لصاحــب المعــاش التقاعــدي أن يطلــب صرف 7 أمثــال صــافي المعــاش التقاعــدي،
على أن يكــون الســداد بواقــع )١5%( مــن صــافي المعــاش.
ويكون ذلك لمرة واحدة طوال الحياة.
واســتثناء مــن ذلــك يجــوز طلــب الصرف مقدمــا مــرة أخــرى في حــدود مــا يكــون قــد
