Article 114 of Social Insurance Law

If an employer entrusts the execution of his work or part thereof to a contractor, he must notify the Institution of the contractor's name and address at least three days before the date work begins. The contractor shall be obliged to give this notification in respect of a subcontractor. The employer, principal contractor and subcontractor shall be jointly and severally liable for fulfilling the obligations prescribed by this Law.
