Article 115 of Social Insurance Law

The combination of pensions or of a pension and salary shall be in accordance with the following rules: 1- The insured person shall combine the injury pension and salary without limits. 2- The pensioner shall combine the injury pension and the pension payable under the provisions of Part Three or Part Five, without exceeding the salary on the basis of which the latter pension was calculated or the salary on the basis of which the injury pension was calculated, increased at the rate of (8) annually for the period from the date of entitlement to it until the date of entitlement to the latter pension, whichever is greater. (1) Amended pursuant to Law No. 8 of 2020 (2) Added pursuant to Law No. 8 of 2020 Law Index 854 Home Page Social Insurance Law Amiri Order by Law No. 61 of 1976 Promulgating the Social Insurance Law The said limit shall be observed in determining what is distributed to beneficiaries in the event of death. 3- The pension payable under the provisions of Part Three may not be combined with the pension payable under the provisions of Part Five, nor may a retirement pension be combined with salary, except within the limits and subject to the conditions and rules prescribed by a decision of the Minister after approval by the Board of Directors.
