English translation
In applying the provisions of this Law, reliance shall be placed on the official document prepared to establish age that is submitted to the Institution upon first enrolment with it. Reliance shall also be placed on any amendment to the age established thereby if made within a period not exceeding one year from the date enrolment commenced. As an exception to this, reliance shall be placed on the age recorded with the Institution on the date this article comes into force and any amendment thereto made within a period not exceeding one year from that date.

يعتد في تطبيق احكام هذا القانون بالمستند الرسمي المعد لإثبات السن الذي يقدم
للمؤسسة عند الاشتراك فيها لأول مرة، كما يعتد باي تعديل يطرأ على السن الثابتة
بموجبه إذا تم في ميعاد لا يجاوز سنة من تاريخ بدء الاشتراك.
واستثناء من ذلك يعتد بالسن الثابتة لدى المؤسسة في تاريخ العمل بهذه المادة وما
