English translation
The periods prescribed in this Law shall be calculated according to the Gregorian calendar. In calculating the insurance contribution period, a fraction of a month shall be rounded up to a month, and a fraction of a year shall be rounded up to a full year if, in the latter case, this would entitle the insured person to a pension, except in cases of leaving service by resignation or its equivalent.

مدة الاشتراك في التأمين يجبر كسر الشهر الى شهر ويجبر كسر السنة الى سنة كاملة إذا
كان من شأن ذلك في الحالة الاخيرة استحقاق المؤمن عليه معاشا فيما عدا حالات
