English translation
Anyone who deliberately provides incorrect information or deliberately refuses to provide the information stipulated in this Law or the decisions or regulations implementing it, with the intention of obtaining funds from the Institution without entitlement, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month and a fine not exceeding 225 dinars, or by either of these two penalties. The same penalty shall apply to anyone who deliberately, by providing incorrect information, fails to pay the Institution's dues in full. In all cases, the court shall order repayment of the amounts disbursed without entitlement.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز شهرا واحدا وبغرامة لا تزيد على ٢٢٥ دينارا او بإحدى
هاتين العقوبتين كل من تعمد اعطاء بيانات غير صحيحة او امتنع عمدا عن اعطاء
البيانات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون او القرارات او اللوائح المنفذة له بقصد
الحصول على اموال من المؤسسة دون وجه حق، ويعاقب بنفس العقوبة كل من
تعمد عن طريق اعطاء بيانات غير صحيحة عدم الوفاء بمستحقات المؤسسة كاملة.
وفي جميع الاحوال تحكم المحكمة برد المبالغ التي صرفت بدون وجه حق.Ask about this article
