English translation
Any employee of the Institution who discloses a work secret or other working methods of which he has become aware by virtue of his work or by virtue of Article (97) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and a fine not exceeding 235 dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تجاوز ٢٣٥ دينارا او بإحدى هاتين
العقوبتين كل من أفشي من موظفي المؤسسة سرا من اسرار العمل او غير ذلك من اساليب
