English translation
Anyone who violates the provisions of Articles (46, 88, 96) of this Law shall be punished by a fine not exceeding twenty dinars. In applying the last paragraph of Article (96) of this Law, the fine shall be multiplied by the number of workers in respect of whom the violation occurred.
