Article 122 of Social Insurance Law

Every employer subject to the provisions of this Law who fails to register with the Institution in respect of any of his workers shall be punished by a fine not exceeding twenty dinars. The same penalty shall apply to every employer who charges his worker any share of insurance expenses for which there is no specific provision in the Law. The court shall, of its own motion, order the offending employer to pay the workers the value of the insurance expenses they bore. The fine shall be multiplied by the number of workers in respect of whom the violation occurred.
