Article 125 of Social Insurance Law

Pensions that became payable pursuant to the provisions of the aforementioned Amiri Decree No. 3 of 1960 and Law 1971 / 4 shall be recalculated in accordance with the provisions of Part Three and Chapter One of Part Six of this Law. The recalculation may not result in the net amount paid to the pensioner or his beneficiaries being less than the net total of the pension, social allowance and cost-of-living allowance paid to him in the month preceding the entry into force of this Law.
