English translation
The provisions of Chapter One of Part Six of this Law shall apply to everyone who was not entitled to a share in the pension under the provisions of the aforementioned Amiri Decree No. 3 of 1960, with effect from the date this Law comes into force or the date of fulfilment of the entitlement conditions provided for therein, whichever is earlier, and without prejudice to the rights of the other beneficiaries.

تسري احكام الفصل الاول من الباب السادس من هذا القانون على كل من لم
يستحق نصيبا في المعاش طبقا لأحكام المرسوم الاميري رقم ٣ لسنة ١٩٦٠ المشار
اليه وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون او من تاريخ استيفاء شروط
