English translation
Subject to the provision of Article (102) of this Law, amounts due to the Institution pursuant to its provisions shall have a lien over all the debtor’s movable and immovable property and shall be collected immediately after judicial expenses by way of administrative attachment. The decision of the Director General of the Institution settling these amounts shall constitute a writ of execution.

مع مراعاة حكم المادة (۱۰۲) من هذا القانون يكون للمبالغ المستحقة للمؤسسة
بمقتضى احكامه امتیاز على جميع اموال المدين من منقول وعقار وتستوفي بعد
المصروفات القضائية مباشرة بطريق الحجز الاداري ويكون قرار مدير عام المؤسسة
