Pensions may be reassessed upwards or additional financial entitlements may be prescribed for pensioners due to a change in social status or consequent upon salary increases for all or some categories of insured persons, in accordance with the conditions and procedures prescribed by a decision of the Minister following approval of the Board of Directors, within the limits permitted by the financial position of the Institution.
