English translation
The pensions, gratuities and compensation payable pursuant to the provisions of this Law are the only ones for which the Institution is liable. As for amounts payable in implementation of other laws or decisions, the implementation of which is entrusted to the Institution, the Public Treasury shall pay them to the Institution in the manner prescribed by a decision issued by the Minister after obtaining the opinion of the Board of Directors.

المعاشات والمكافآت والتعويضات التي تستحق طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون هي
وحدها التي تلتزم بها المؤسسة، اما ما يستحق تنفيذا لقوانين اخرى او قرارات
ويعهد للمؤسسة بتنفيذه فتؤديه الخزانة العامة الى المؤسسة بالطريقة التي يصدر بها
