Article 83 of Social Insurance Law

An employer may establish a pension, savings or insurance scheme containing benefits additional or supplementary to this Law. Collective or joint employment contracts between the employer and workers containing supplementary or additional pension, savings or insurance benefits may not be concluded. The Institution may undertake payment of the pensions prescribed by the aforementioned schemes or contracts in accordance with the conditions and rules prescribed by a decision of the Minister after the approval of the Board of Directors.
