As an exception to the provisions of the two preceding Articles, the Minister may, upon the proposal of the Board of Directors, establish special rules for calculating the insured person's salary and the conditions and procedures to be followed in collecting and paying contributions and amounts due under this Law, in the cases he specifies.

استثناء من احكام المادتين السابقتين يجوز للوزير بناء على اقتراح مجلس الادارة ان
يضع قواعد خاصة لحساب مرتب المؤمن عليه والشروط والاوضاع التي تتبع في
تحصيل واداء الاشتراكات والمبالغ المستحقة وفقا لهذا القانون وذلك في الحالات
