English translation
Contributions shall be payable on the first of the month following the month for which they are due or in which the Institution's decision provided for in the preceding Article is issued, even if it is challenged. Contributions shall be paid on the basis of the full salary, subject to the provision of Article (13) of this Law.

تكون الاشتراكات واجبة الاداء في اول الشهر التالي للشهر المستحقة عنه او لصدور
قرار المؤسسة المنصوص عليه في المادة السابقة ولو طعن فيه. وتؤدي الاشتراكات
