English translation
In all the preceding cases, the expenses of remitting contributions and amounts due to the Institution shall be borne by the employer. A decision of the Minister, following approval of the Board of Directors, shall specify the cases and conditions of exemption from the additional amounts provided for in the two preceding Articles.
