Article 95 of Social Insurance Law

The employer in the private and oil sectors, or the insured person pursuant to the provisions of Part Five of this Law, shall display at the workplaces the certificate evidencing payment of his contribution to the Institution. A decision specifying the particulars of this certificate shall be issued by the Minister after the approval of the Board of Directors. The Institution shall provide this certificate for a charge of (500) fils for each certificate or extract thereof. Government entities competent to issue particular licences or certificates shall make the issuance or renewal of these licences or certificates conditional upon the applicant submitting the said certificate or an extract thereof.
