English translation
Every employer shall keep books and records and submit to the Institution the statements, data, notifications and forms required for implementation of this Law, in accordance with the conditions, procedures and time limits determined by a decision of the Minister upon a proposal by the Board of Directors. He shall also establish for each insured person a separate social insurance file in which the documents specified by the aforementioned decision shall be deposited.

على كل صاحب عمل ان يحتفظ لديه بالدفاتر والسجلات وان يقدم للمؤسسة
الكشوف والبيانات والاخطارات والاستمارات التي يتطلبها تنفيذ هذا القانون،
وذلك وفقا للشروط والاوضاع والمواعيد التي يحددها قرار من الوزير بناء على
اقتراح مجلس الادارة.
عليه كذلك ان ينشئ لكل مؤمن عليه ملفا خاصا بالتأمينات الاجتماعية يودع فيه
