English translation
Employees of the Institution designated by the Minister shall have judicial enforcement officer status in implementing the provisions of this Law and its implementing decisions. For that purpose, they shall have the right to enter workplaces during their usual working hours to conduct the necessary investigations and inspect the records, books, papers, instruments, documents and files relating to the implementation of this Law.

يكون لمن يندبه الوزير من موظفي المؤسسة صفة الضبطية القضائية في تنفيذ احكام
هذا القانون والقرارات المنفذة له ، ولهم في سبيل ذلك الحق في دخول محال العمل في
مواعيده المعتادة لإجراء التحريات الازمة والاطلاع على السجلات والدفاتر والاوراق
