English translation
The dissolution, liquidation, closure or bankruptcy of the establishment, its merger into another, or its transfer by inheritance, will, gift, sale, assignment or other dispositions shall not prevent payment of all amounts due to the Institution. The successor shall be jointly and severally liable with the previous employers for discharging all obligations owed by them to the Institution. However, where the establishment devolves by inheritance, the successor's joint and several liability shall be limited to what has devolved to him from the estate.

لا يمنع من الوفاء بجميع مستحقات المؤسسة حل المنشأة او تصفيتها او اغلاقها
او افلاسها او ادماجها في غيرها او انتقالها بالإرث او بالوصية او الهبة او البيع او
النزول او غير ذلك من التصرفات . يكون الخلف مسئولا بالتضامن مع اصحاب
الاعمال السابقين عن تنفيذ جميع الالتزامات المستحقة عليهم للمؤسسة. الى انه في
حالة ايلولة المنشأة بالإرث فتكون مسئولية الخلف التضامنية في حدود ما آل اليه
