English translation
The Institution shall fulfill its prescribed obligations in full with respect to those subject to the provisions of this Law, even if the employer has not registered them with the Institution or paid the contributions due in respect of them.

تلتزم المؤسسة بالوفاء بالتزاماتها المقررة كاملة بالنسبة لمن تسري عليهم احكام
هذا القانون ولو لم يقم صاحب العمل بتسجيلهم في المؤسسة او بأداء الاشتراكات
