English translation
The entitlements of the insured person, the pensioner or their beneficiaries held by the Institution may not be attached or assigned except in satisfaction of court-ordered maintenance or in payment of amounts owed by them to the Institution, the Kuwait Credit Bank or any governmental body, and to an extent not exceeding one quarter. The Institution may deduct amounts that became due to it from the insured person or pensioner before his death from the entitlements of his beneficiaries, within the limit of one quarter of those entitlements, apportioned among them in proportion to the amounts disbursed from their shares. In the event of competing debts, priority shall be given to the maintenance debt, then to the remaining debts in the order stipulated in the first paragraph.

لا يجوز الحجز او النزول عن مستحقات المؤمن عليه او صاحب المعاش او المستحقين
عنهما لدى المؤسسة الا وفاء لنفقة محكوم بها من القضاء او لأداء ما يكون مطلوبا
منهم للمؤسسة او لبنك الائتمان الكويتي او لأية جهة حكومية وبما لا يجاوز الربع.
ويجوز للمؤسسة خصم ما يكون قد استحق لها على المؤمن عليه او صاحب المعاش
قبل وفاته من مبالغ خصما من مستحقات المستحقين عنه في حدود ربع هذه
المستحقات تقسم بينهم بنسبة المنصرف من انصبتهم.
وفي حالة التزاحم بين الديون تكون الاولوية لدين النفقة ثم لباقي الديون حسب
