English translation
The right to a pension, gratuity or other financial entitlements shall lapse if the insured person or pensioner loses Kuwaiti nationality or it is withdrawn or revoked. Where there are beneficiaries, the Minister may, by a decision issued by him, determine what pension, gratuity or other amounts shall be paid to them.

يسقط الحق في المعاش او المكافأة او غيرهما من الحقوق المالية في حالة فقد المؤمن
عليه او صاحب المعاش الجنسية الكويتية او سحبها او اسقاطها ويجوز للوزير ان
يحدد بقرار منه في حالة وجود مستحقين ما يصرف لهم من معاش او مكافأة او
