English translation
Upon the death of the insured person or pensioner, a grant equivalent to twice the salary, monthly income bracket or pension shall be paid, provided that it is not less than twice the minimum salary in the private and oil sectors pursuant to this Law. The conditions and rules for payment of this grant shall be determined by a decision of the Minister.

تصرف في حالة وفاة المؤمن عليه او صاحب المعاش منحة تعادل مثلي المرتب او
شريحة الدخل الشهري او المعاش بشرط الا تقل عن مثلي الحد الادنى للمرتب في
القطاعين الاهلي والنفطي طبقا لهذا القانون.
