English translation
As an exception to the provisions of Amiri Decree No. 19 of 1959 concerning the Law on the Organization of the Judiciary, the High Court of Appeal, in its Civil and Commercial Circuit, shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate the challenges and disputes provided for in the preceding two Articles.
