English translation
Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding Article, neither the insured person nor the pensioner may be deprived of his right to the pension, gratuity, or other financial rights, and every provision contrary thereto is repealed.

مع عدم الاخلال بأحكام المادة السابقة لا يجوز حرمان المؤمن عليه او صاحب
المعاش من حقه في المعاش او المكافأة او غيرها من الحقوق المالية الاخرى ويلغى
