Article 92 of Social Insurance Law

An employer who has not registered all or some of his workers within the time limit provided for in Article (94) of this Law, or has not paid contributions on the basis of actual salaries, shall be required to pay the Institution an additional amount equivalent to (10) of the contributions he has not paid, in addition to what is prescribed by the preceding Article. The employer shall also be required to pay an additional amount at the rate of (500) fils for each day of delay in notifying the Institution of the particulars, notifications and forms required for the implementation of this Law.
