English translation
A judge may not grant the debtor under a commercial obligation a period for its discharge or payment by installments except in the cases provided for in this Law or where extreme necessity so requires.

لا يجوز للقاضي منح المدين بالتزام تجاري مهلة للوفاء به او تقسيطه الا في الأحوال
