English translation
If one contracting party reserves the right to rescind the contract in return for payment of a specified amount, his performance of the obligations imposed upon him by the contract, or his acceptance of the other contracting party's performance of his obligations, extinguishes the right of rescission he reserved.

إذا احتفظ أحد المتعاقدين بحق فسخ العقد مقابل دفع المبلغ معين فقيامه بتنفيذ مـا
يفرضه عليه العقد من التزامات او قبوله قيام المتعاقد الأخر التزاماته يسقط عنه حق
