If a specified time is fixed for performance of the contract and expires without the debtor having performed, the creditor may not thereafter be compelled to accept performance.

إذا عين لتنفيذ العقد أجل معين وانقضى دون ان يقوم المدين بالتنفيذ، فلا يجوز بعد
