1 - The creditor has the right to collect interest on a commercial loan unless otherwise agreed. If the interest rate is not specified in the contract, the interest due shall be the statutory interest of 7%. 2 - If the contract contains an agreement on the interest rate, and the debtor delays performance, default interest shall be withheld on the basis of the agreed rate.

١ - للدائن الحق في اقتضاء فائدة في القرض التجاري ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك. وإذا
لم يعين سعر الفائدة في العقد كانت الفائدة المستحقة هي الفائدة القانونية ٧٪.
۲ - فاذا تضمن العقد اتفاقا على سعر الفائدة، وتأخر المدين في الوفاء، احتبست
