English translation
Interest shall be paid at the end of the year if the term of the loan is one year or more, and on the date the debt falls due if the term is less than one year, unless the parties agree otherwise.

تؤدي الفائدة في نهاية السنة إذا كانت مدة القرض سنة أو أكثر، وفي يوم استحقاق
