English translation
Putting the debtor in default or notifying him in commercial matters shall be by formal notice or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In urgent cases, putting in default or notification may be by telegram.

يكون اعذار المدين او اخطاره في المسائل التجارية بإنذار رسمي او بكتاب مسجل
مصحوب بعلم الوصول. ويجوز في احوال الاستعجال ان يكون الأعذار او الأخطار
