English translation
If the vessel on which the goods sold were shipped arrives before the documents arrive, or if the documents arrive incomplete, the seller must, immediately upon being notified thereof, do everything necessary to enable the buyer to obtain a copy of the documents that have not arrived or to complete the incomplete documents. The seller shall bear the expenses necessary for that purpose, together with compensation if warranted.

إذا وصلت السفينة التي شحنت عليها البضاعة المبيعة قبل وصول المستندات أو إذا
وصلت المستندات ناقصة وجب على البائع فور اخطاره بذلك القيام بكل ما يلزم
لتمكين المشتري من الحصول على نسخة من المستندات التي لم تصل او استكمال
المستندات الناقصة. ويتحمل البائع المصروفات اللازمة لذلك مع التعويض ان كان
