If the vessel arrives, the buyer shall take delivery of the goods after inspecting them and verifying their conformity with what is stated in the documents. The buyer shall bear the expenses accruing on the goods during the sea voyage until their arrival at the port of destination, unless it has been agreed that these expenses are included in the freight. The buyer shall also bear any import duties or customs duties that may become payable on the goods sold. إذا وصلت السفينة يلتزم المشتري باستلام البضاعة بعد فحصها والتحقق من
موافقتها لما جاء بالأوراق. ويتحمل المشتري المصروفات التي تستحق على البضاعة
اثناء الرحلة البحرية حتى وصولها الى ميناء الوصول ما لم يكن متفقا على دخول
هذه المصروفات في اجرة النقل. كما يتحمل المشتري ما قد يستحق على المبيع من
