English translation
The seller shall bear all expenses necessary for loading the goods. He shall also bear the risk of any damage that may be sustained by the goods until the moment when, during loading, they pass the ship’s rail. Any damage sustained by the goods thereafter and any expenses payable in respect of them shall be borne by the buyer.

يتحمل البائع جميع النفقات اللازمة لشحن البضاعة. كما يتحمل تبعــة مـا قـد يـلـحـق
البضاعة من ضرر حتى اللحظة التي تجتاز فيها اثناء شحنها حاجز السفينة . اما
ما يلحق البضاعة بعد ذلك من ضرر وما يستحق عليها من مصروفات فيقع على
