If the vessel's arrival is delayed until after the expiry of the period specified for shipment, or if it is unable to load the goods within that period, the buyer shall be liable for the additional expenses resulting therefrom and shall bear the risk of whatever may befall the goods from the date of expiry of the period specified for shipment, provided that the goods sold have been individually identified. 2 - Arrival Sales

إذا تأخر وصول السفينة الى ما بعد انتهاء المدة المعينة للشحن، أو إذا لم تستطع شحن
البضاعة خلال تلك المدة، التزم المشتري بالمصروفات الإضافية التي تنجم عن
ذلك، وتحمل تبعة ما قد يلحق بالبضاعة من تاريخ انقضاء المدة المعينة للشحن
بشرط ان تكون البضاعة المبيعة قد تعينت بذاتها.
