1 - A contract of carriage is an agreement under which the carrier undertakes to transport a thing or a person to a specified destination in return for specified remuneration. 2 The contract of carriage shall be concluded by mere agreement, unless the parties expressly or implicitly agree to defer it until the time of delivery. - The contract may be proved by all means.

۱ - عقد النقل اتفاق يلتزم بموجبه الناقل بأن يقوم بنقل شيء او شخص الى جهة
معينة مقابل اجر معين.
ويتم عقد النقل بمجرد الاتفاق الا إذا اتفق الطرفان صراحة او ضمنا على
تأخيره الى وقت التسليم.
