1 - The transport document may be drawn up in the name of a specified person, to his order, or to bearer. 2 - The document shall be transferred in accordance with the rules of assignment if it is in a named person’s name, by endorsement if it is to order, and by delivery if it is to bearer.

۱ - يجوز ان تحرر وثيقة النقل باسم شخص معين أو لأمره أو للحامل.
۲ - وتتداول الوثيقة طبقا لقواعد الحوالة إذا كانت اسمية وبالتظهير إذا كانت لأمر،
