If no transport document is drawn up, the carrier shall, at the consignor's request, give him a receipt signed by the carrier acknowledging delivery of the thing transported. The receipt must be dated and contain sufficient particulars to identify the thing transported and the carriage charge.

إذا لم تحرر وثيقة نقل وجب على الناقل ان يسلم الى المرسل بناء على طلبه ايصالا
موقعا منه بتسليم الشيء المنقول ويجب ان يكون الايصال مؤرخا ومشتملا على
