English translation
1 - The consignor shall pay the carriage charges and other expenses due to the carrier unless it is agreed that the consignee shall bear them. In this case, the consignor and the consignee shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of the charges and expenses. 2 - The carrier shall not be entitled to carriage charges for things that perish through force majeure.

۱ - يلتزم المرسل بدفع اجرة النقل وغيرها من المصروفات المستحقة للناقل ما
لم يتفق على ان يتحملها المرسل اليه وفي هذه الحالة يكون المرسل والمرسل اليه
مسؤولين بالتضامن عن دفع الأجرة والمصروفات.
