English translation
1 - The owner of the thing may dispose of it by sale or other dispositions while it is in the carrier’s possession pursuant to the transport document. 2 - The owner shall bear the risk of loss of the thing during carriage and shall have recourse against the carrier if there are grounds for recourse.

١- يجوز لمالك الشيء ان يتصرف فيه بالبيع او غيره من التصرفات اثناء وجوده في
حيازة الناقل بموجب وثيقة النقل.
٢- والمالك هو الذي يتحمل تبعة هلاك الشيء اثناء النقل، ويرجع على الناقل إذا
