English translation
1- The carrier shall take the agreed route. If no particular route has been agreed, the carrier shall take the shortest route. 2- Nevertheless, the carrier may change the agreed routes or refrain from taking the shortest route if a necessity so requires.

١- على الناقل ان يسلك الطريق الذي تم الاتفاق عليه فاذا لم يتفق على طريق
معين وجب على الناقل ان يسلك أقصر الطرق.
٢- ومع ذلك يجوز للناقل ان يغير الطرق المتفق عليه او الا يلتزم أقصر الطرق، إذا
