English translation
The carrier shall not be liable for the loss of money, securities, jewellery or other valuables entrusted to the carrier for carriage, except to the extent of the written particulars furnished by the consignor concerning them at the time of their delivery.

لا يكون الناقل مسؤولا عن ضياع ما عهد اليه بنقله من نقود، او اوراق مالية او
مجوهرات او غير ذلك من الاشياء الثمينة، الا بقدر ما قدمه المرسل بشأنها وقت
