English translation
1 - The carrier shall be obliged to load the thing and stow it in the means of transport, unless otherwise agreed. 2 - If it is agreed that the consignor shall load or stow the goods, the carrier must refrain from transport if the loading or stowage is affected by a defect that would not escape the notice of an ordinary carrier.

١- يلتزم الناقل بشحن الشيء ورصه في وسيلة النقل ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك.
٢- وإذا اتفق على ان يقوم المرسل بشحن البضاعة او رصها، وجب على الناقل ان
يمتنع عن النقل إذا كان الشحن او الرص مشوبا بعيب لا يخفى على الناقل العادي.Ask about this article
